SquadTrek provides software tools to help users plan, organize, and coordinate travel itineraries and group trips. We do not:

• Make or confirm any travel bookings or reservations

• Act as a travel agent or tour operator

• Guarantee the availability, pricing, or quality of any travel services

• Provide travel advice or recommendations

• Verify the accuracy of user-entered information

10.2 User Responsibility for Travel Arrangements

Users are solely responsible for:

• Making all travel bookings and reservations directly with airlines, hotels, rental car companies, and other service providers

• Verifying all travel details, dates, times, prices, and availability

• Ensuring compliance with passport, visa, health, and other travel requirements

• Purchasing appropriate travel insurance

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUADTREK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR EXPENSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

• Delays, Cancellations, or Disruptions: Flight delays or cancellations, hotel overbookings, transportation failures, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or any other travel disruptions

• Booking Errors: Incorrect dates, times, locations, prices, or other information entered by users or third-party services

• Service Provider Failures: Failure of airlines, hotels, rental companies, or other travel service providers to perform as expected

• Financial Losses: Lost deposits, non-refundable bookings, increased costs due to last-minute changes, or other financial damages

• Personal Injury or Property Damage: Any injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring during travel

• Force Majeure: Acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, or other events beyond our control

• Third-Party Actions: Actions or omissions of travel companions, tour guides, or other third parties

• Accuracy of Information: Inaccuracies in user-entered data, maps, directions, or other information displayed in the app

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SquadTrek and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your travel arrangements, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Trip Data and Sharing
